SUNRISE from the Bluff Trail

Sunrise, Sunset

Is this the little girl I carriedIs this the little boy at play?
I don't remember growing olderWhen did they?
When did she get to be a beautyWhen did he grow to be so tall?
Wasn't it yesterday when they were small?
Sunrise, sunsetSunrise, sunsetSwiftly flow the daysSeedlings turn overnight to sunflowersBlossoming even as we gaze
Sunrise, sunsetSunrise, sunsetSwiftly fly the yearsOne season following anotherLaiden with happiness and tears
What words of wisdom can I give themHow can I help to ease their way?
Now they must learn from one anotherDay by day
They look so natural together
Just like two newlyweds should be
Is there a canopy in store for me?
Sunrise, sunsetSunrise, sunsetSwiftly fly the yearsOne season following anotherLaiden with happiness and tears

This beautiful, sweet face greeted me this morning. Here at Sea Ranch we are fortunate to share habitat with many wildlife creatures. So thankful.

We have many wildlife visitors. These male turkeys display to attract females.

The rocks along the Coast are remarkable. They are displayed most magnificently at low tide, revealing dramatic swirls of color and shapes.

Walk On Beach

Every morning, we walk the Bluff trail to Walk On beach. The views are extraordinary and ever-changing. Weather conditions, time of day, tide level provide a delightful complexity of Nature's beauties and the incredible wildlife the environment supports. ew
