Human debris abandoned on the beach
I am picking up lots of human debris from our local beach. I have created an album of the photos I take recording the daily haul.

Almost daily, we walk to our local beach to view the Pacific Harbor seals, observe beach debris, shells, driftwood, and interesting marine creatures.

Getting started
This may be the beginning of the end of the story. Or it could be a new beginning. That's one of the many mysteries we'll be exploring in this blog. But we're getting a bit ahead of ourselves because you don't know who we are. Well, that's the internet for you! We could be anybody and we are. K&E for now.
We live at The Sea Ranch on the coast of California between Steward's Point and Gualala. We're the northernmost community in Sonoma County before entering Mendocino County on the bridge halfway across the Gualala River. This may be why so many people in the Gualala Watershed and north think of this not in either/or terms of legal boundaries but rather as the interrelated community of Mendonoma.
